Shipping & Returns

Our Return Policy-

We understand the challenge of shopping online, is that sometimes you receive an item that you simply do not love.  We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us so if you need to exchange a size, color, style, or if something simply isn’t going to work out, email or call us to get a Return Authorization number.  Please make sure that RA# is clearly marked on the box and then ship the new, un-used, non-sale item/s back to us within 30 days of receipt with the enclosed return form and we will be happy to either replace it, give you store credit or even refund your credit card.   You may also submit a return request online.   *We apologize, but all packages received after the 30 days or without an RA# will be refused. 

You may also simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.  We will email you back a return authorization number.

Please note- any items returned in a less than brand new condition (including but not limited to, smelling of perfumes or cigarette smoke, covered in animal hair, stained, worn, laundered or damaged) will be returned at the customer's expense.   We take great care to send clothing nicely folded and appreciate returns coming back with the same courtesy. All shipping is non-refundable.

Sale items are all FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. - We highly recommend that you call or email us for measurements on final sale items. Items returned in less than perfect condition or after the 30 day period will be returned to the customer.  Less than perfect condition includes but is not limited to removed tags, cigarette smoke, pet hair etc.

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  Of course, you may always call us as well at 1-855-278-5991.


Our Shipping/Delivery Policy

We do our best to get orders shipped out within 2 business days.  If there is an unexpected delay, you will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible.  We ship UPS or USPS anywhere within the United States.  UPS quotes are for business day shipping only and DO NOT include Saturday deliveries.  Please keep in mind expedited shipping is for days in transit and not the same as the number of days from which you placed your order.  If you need a delivery by a certain date, please specify on your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Please note that insurance is not included and is an optional at an additional charge.  To add insurance to your order, please see the tab at the top left side of the "shop by category".  For deliveries outside the U.S. or Canada please e-mail us for a quote at service@redonionclothing.com. Please note out of state orders will not be charged tax.  All orders within New York State will be charged sales tax based upon the shipping address.

International orders are subject to duties and customs fees that we cannot predict and are not covered by our store.  If you choose to refuse a package because these fees are too big, we certainly understand, but the original shipping charge cannot not be refunded.  If you are experiencing difficulty placing your international order, please do not include spaces in zip codes or hyphens in phone numbers.   You may of course, call and place an order by phone if that is easier for you. International packages can be in transit for 14-22 days. If you notice anything taking longer than that, please feel free to contact us.

We are having difficulty with live quotes for shipping to Canada.  The site is set up to charge a flat rate of $30.  If it can ship for less, we can refund the difference to your credit card or you may call in to place your order by phone.  We will ship via UPS or USPS depending on which ever way ends up being covered by the flat rate shipping cost. If you have a preference for which method is used, please include that in your order comments. We will contact you if your preferred method is greater than the flat rate charge. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

All other countries ship via flat rate Priority Mail for $50.  If it turns out we can ship it for less, we will credit back your credit card the difference.  Thank you!
